What is the expected completion date of the development?

We are building 24 homes in 3 phases with expected completion of the first four, (2) in June and (2) in July 2012.

Does each home have its own deeded lot?

Yes

Does CSC have a Home Owners Association?

Yes

Are there HOA dues?

Yes, but fees have not yet been calculated but will be added soon. Join our mailing list for more information.

Does HOA maintain all the common areas?

Yes this is paid out of HOA dues.

Do these Cottages in the first phase have garages?

Some do some don't, example the first six, three have three do not.

Does each cottage have storage space for bikes, recreation gear and stuff?

Yes, each home has either inside home storage or separate storage room assigned to your cottage in the common area.

Do these homes have a home owner’s warranty?

Do you have CC&R's for CSC?

Yes and they can be emailed by request.

Can I rent my cottage?

Yes but conditions apply so read this section in the CC&R'S

Can you help me with financing options?

Steve Embory is our preferred lender and has many options and ideas for you. See his bio under team on our website.

What price range are these houses?

Most homes are between 350 and 400k.

What is the average size of these houses?

Average size is approx. 1150 not counting outdoor living space.

How many different plans are available?

Four right now.
